In the 2024 ranking of Czech family businesses, traditionally organized by Forbes magazine, a total of 198 Czech family-owned companies participated. Among the ranked companies are, for example, KOFOLA, owned by the Samaras family, JUTA, owned by the Hlavatý family, and the Průša family with their company Prusa Research, which is a global leader in the field of 3D printers.
The ranking, regularly published by Forbes magazine, is the only objective ranking of family businesses in the Czech Republic. It maps private companies where two or more generations of one family, or siblings and relatives, do business together. It evaluates key economic indicators over a three-year average and determines the ranking accordingly.
HIT OFFICE GROUP improved its position compared to last year, moving up one place to rank 138 in the 2024 Forbes ranking, which focuses on the 198 largest Czech family businesses.
The Strnad family and their company, Czechoslovak Group, defended their first-place position in the ranking. The beautiful second place was taken by the previous year's winner, Stavebniny DEK. Third place, as in the previous two years, goes to Mattoni 1873, owned by the Pasquale family.
All 198 ranked companies, including HIT OFFICE GROUP, demonstrated the strength of Czech family business.
