The Fachpack trade fair was in the spirit of the current trend of "Environmentally friendly packaging". That is why our company presented at this fair completely new products that are recyclable and biodegradable.
Our new paper cups , that we have presented on the fair, do not contain any plastic barrier or PLA components, are fully recyclable together with other paper waste. The new material for their production is made of natural fibers (bleached pulp, with a dispersion barrier inside instead of the original plastic barrier). Our cups could be without printing- white colour, or printed-with our printing, or it is possible to order your individual printing design (1-3 colours, no photos, no priting over the entire surface). These cups are FSC-certified. At the moment we could offer you cups in size 0,2ml, other sizes are now tested in the production.
Another not less interesting news from our assortment are kraft trays, plates and bowls made of new material KRAFT with fat barrier in various sizes. The material contains no plastic or PLA components and is suitable for direct contact with greasy and moisty food and is fully recycable. This material is made of brown-brown cardboard, made of unbleached / brown / kraft pulp mixed with brown waste paper along with a protective fat barrier. This material is also FSC certified.
Last but not least, it is necesarry to mention the new material for the production of bowls of course without any plastic PET barrier. Material is made from pure natural material virgin fibres with a special barrier treatment with resistance to grease and moisture and resistance to high temperatures and suitability for use in a microwave oven. Products made of this material do not contain any plastic or PLA components. They are fully recyclable and FSC certified.
